Some Important Parameters of CLAT Exam

1. परीक्षा का नाम- CLAT Exam अर्थात सामान्य विधि प्रवेश परीक्षा
 
2. कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (CLAT) राष्ट्रीय विधि विद्यालयों और विधि विश्वविद्यालयों के विभिन्न स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों LL.B. व LL.M. में प्रवेश के लिए भारत भर में स्थापित किए गये 19 विद्यालयों और विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा बारी-बारी से आयोजित की जाती है।
 
3. प्रथम CLAT Exam वर्ष 2008 में नेशनल लॉ स्कुल ऑफ़ इंडिया युनिवर्सिटी, बंगलुरु द्वारा संपन्न कराया गया।
 
4. वर्ष 2018 में 11वें CLAT Exam का आयोजन नेशनल युनिवर्सिटी ऑफ एडवांस लीगल स्टडीज, कोची द्वारा किया गया।
 
5. परीक्षाओं की संख्या दो- एक स्नातक कानून पाठ्यक्रम (LL.B.) के लिए और दूसरा स्नातकोत्तर कानून पाठ्यक्रम (LL.M.) के लिए।
 
6. LL.B. में प्रवेश पाने के लिए न्यूनतम 12वीं पास होना जरूरी होता है।
 
7. यू०जी० में प्रवेश के लिए 12वीं में कम से कम 45 प्रतिशत अंक होना चाहिए। एससी-एसटी आवेदकों के लिए 40 फीसदी अंक होना जरूरी है।
 
8. पी०जी० के लिए 5 वर्षीय एलएल.बी. पाठ्यक्रम से 55 फीसदी अंक पाने वाले स्टूडेंट आवेदन कर सकेंगे। एससी-एसटी विद्यार्थियों के लिए 50 फीसदी अंक अनिवार्य।
 
9. क्लैट में LL.B. में आवेदन के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा 20 वर्ष होती थी किन्तु गत वर्ष में इसे लागू नहीं किया गया था।
 
10. क्लैट की परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन आयोजित होंगी। इसका मतलब है कि आपको कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान होना चाहिए।
 
11. कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट में आमतौर पर इंग्लिश, लॉजिकल रीजनिंग, लीगल रीजनिंग, मैथमेटिक्स और जनरल नॉलेज से संबंधित सवाल पूछे जाते हैं।
 
12. यह एग्जाम हिंदी मे नहीं लिया जाएगा। परीक्षा अंग्रेजी माध्यम से ही आयोजित होती हैं।
 
13. क्लैट परीक्षा देने वाले विकलांगों को 40 मिनट का अतिरिक्त समय दिया जाता है।
 
14. ये ना भूलें कि परीक्षा में निगेटिव मार्किंग भी होती है।
 
15. CLAT Exam LL.B. के लिए जब दो उम्मीदवारों के समान नंबर होते है, तो आमतौर पर टाई के मापदंड इस प्रकार है- 1. कानूनी योग्यता के खंड में उच्च अंक, 2. उच्च उम्र
 
16. CLAT Exam LL.M. के लिए जब दो उम्मीदवारों के बराबर अंक होते है, तो टाई के मापदंड इस प्रकार है- 1. लम्बा निबंध प्रकार के वर्णनात्मक प्रश्नों में उच्च अंक, 2. उच्च उम्र, 3. बहुत से कंप्यूटरिकृत ड्रा

CLAT Exam का संचालन (Conduct of CLAT Exam):

प्रथम सामान्य विधि प्रवेश परीक्षा (CLAT Exam) के समय गठित की गई 7 राष्ट्रीय लॉ विश्वविद्यालयों के उपकुलाधिपति की मुख्य समिति ने निर्णय लिया था, कि सभी विश्वविद्यालय अपनी स्थापना के क्रम में बारी-बारी से इस परीक्षा (CLAT Exam) को आयोजित करेंगे। इस क्रम में प्रथम CLAT Exam वर्ष 2008 में नेशनल लॉ स्कुल ऑफ़ इंडिया युनिवर्सिटी, बंगलुरु द्वारा संपन्न कराया गया। वर्तमान में 19 राष्ट्रीय विधि विद्यालय और विधि विश्वविद्यालय सामान्य विधि प्रवेश परीक्षा में भाग लेने वाले हैं। वर्ष 2018 में 11वे CLAT Exam का आयोजन नेशनल युनिवर्सिटी ऑफ एडवांस लीगल स्टडीज, कोची द्वारा किया गया।

CLAT Exam के प्रोग्राम:

देश में 19 नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटियों में एडमिशन पाने के लिए यह टेस्ट होता है। जिससे लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी की अंडर ग्रेजुएट प्रोग्राम (LL.B.) और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट प्रोग्राम (LL.M.) में एडमिशन मिलता है।

आवेदन करने के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता (Minimum Eligibilities):

1. UG में प्रवेश पाने के लिए न्यूनतम 12वीं पास होना जरूरी होता है। 
2. क्लैट में आवेदन के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा 20 वर्ष होती थी, जो वर्ष 2018 में समाप्त कर दी गई। 
3. 12वीं में कम से कम 45 प्रतिशत अंक होना चाहिए। एस.सी.-एस.टी. आवेदकों के लिए 40 फीसदी अंक होना जरूरी है।
4. P.G. के लिए 5 वर्षीय एल.एल.बी पाठ्यक्रम से 55 फीसदी अंक पाने वाले स्टूडेंट आवेदन कर सकेंगे। एस.सी.-एस.टी. विद्यार्थियों के लिए 50 फीसदी अंक अनिवार्य।
 
CLAT Exam का पैटर्न:

एलएल.बी. के लिए
 
1. कुल अंक- 200
2. कुल प्रश्नों की संख्या- 200
3. परीक्षा की समय अवधि- 2 घंटे

पाठ्यक्रम

1. अंग्रेजी - 40 अंक
2. सामान्य ज्ञान (अद्यतन) - 50 अंक
3. प्राथमिक गणित (संख्यात्मक क्षमता) - 20 अंक
4. तार्किक तर्क - 40 अंक
5. कानूनी योग्यता - 50 अंक

एलएल.एम. के लिए

1. कुल अंक- 150
2. परीक्षा की समय अवधि- 2 घंटे

पाठ्यक्रम

1. निबंध प्रकार के वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न जिनमें सवैधानिक कानून और न्यायशास्त्र शामिल है - 100 अंक, 4 प्रश्न, प्रत्येक 25 अंक का। 
2. संवैधानिक कानून और न्यायशास्त्र छोडकर अंडर ग्रेजुएट्स कोर्स के लिए भारत के बार कौंसिल द्वारा निर्धारित सभी अनिवार्य कानून विषयों को कवर करने वाले एकाधिक प्रश्न - 50 अंक, 50 प्रश्न, प्रत्येक 1 अंक का।  
 
क्लैट की परीक्षा से संबंधित कुछ खास जानकारीः
 
1. क्लैट की परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन आयोजित होंगी। इसका मतलब है कि आपको कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान होना चाहिए। इसके लिए आप (www.clat.ac.in) वेबसाइट पर जाकर प्रैक्टिस कर सकते हैं।
2. कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट में आमतौर पर इंग्लिश, लॉजिकल रीजनिंग, लीगल रीजनिंग, मैथमेटिक्स और जनरल नॉलेज से संबंधित सवाल पूछे जाते हैं। यह एग्जाम हिंदी मे नहीं लिया जाएगा।

6. एक बार आवेदन पूरा होने पर आप किसी भी तरह के बदलाव नहीं कर सकते। इसलिए सावधानी से फॉर्म भरें। इसके अलावा जो फॉर्म आपने भरा है उसका प्रिंट कॉपी, फीस रिसिप्ट जरूर रखें और यूजर आईडी/ पासवर्ड ना भूलें।
7. 250 रुपये देकर क्लैट की वेबसाइट से पुराने पेपर डाउनलोड किये जा सकते हैं।
