Some Important Parameters of CLAT Exam

1. परीक्षा का नाम- CLAT Exam अर्थात सामान्य विधि प्रवेश परीक्षा

2. कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (CLAT) राष्ट्रीय विधि विद्यालयों और विधि विश्वविद्यालयों के विभिन्न स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों LL.B. व LL.M. में प्रवेश के लिए भारत भर में स्थापित किए गये 19 विद्यालयों और विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा बारी-बारी से आयोजित की जाती है।

3. प्रथम CLAT Exam वर्ष 2008 में नेशनल लॉ स्कुल ऑफ़ इंडिया युनिवर्सिटी, बंगलुरु द्वारा संपन्न कराया गया।

4. वर्ष 2018 में 11वें CLAT Exam का आयोजन नेशनल युनिवर्सिटी ऑफ एडवांस लीगल स्टडीज, कोची द्वारा किया गया।

5. परीक्षाओं की संख्या दो- एक स्नातक कानून पाठ्यक्रम (LL.B.) के लिए और दूसरा स्नातकोत्तर कानून पाठ्यक्रम (LL.M.) के लिए।

6. LL.B. में प्रवेश पाने के लिए न्यूनतम 12वीं पास होना जरूरी होता है।

7. यू०जी० में प्रवेश के लिए 12वीं में कम से कम 45 प्रतिशत अंक होना चाहिए। एससी-एसटी आवेदकों के लिए 40 फीसदी अंक होना जरूरी है।

8. पी०जी० के लिए 5 वर्षीय एलएल.बी. पाठ्यक्रम से 55 फीसदी अंक पाने वाले स्टूडेंट आवेदन कर सकेंगे। एससी-एसटी विद्यार्थियों के लिए 50 फीसदी अंक अनिवार्य।

9. क्लैट में LL.B. में आवेदन के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा 20 वर्ष होती थी किन्तु गत वर्ष में इसे लागू नहीं किया गया था।

10. क्लैट की परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन आयोजित होंगी। इसका मतलब है कि आपको कंप्यूटर का बेसिक ज्ञान होना चाहिए।

11. कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट में आमतौर पर इंग्लिश, लॉजिकल रीजनिंग, लीगल रीजनिंग, मैथमेटिक्स और जनरल नॉलेज से संबंधित सवाल पूछे जाते हैं।

12. यह एग्जाम हिंदी मे नहीं लिया जाएगा। परीक्षा अंग्रेजी माध्यम से ही आयोजित होती हैं।

13. क्लैट परीक्षा देने वाले विकलांगों को 40 मिनट का अतिरिक्त समय दिया जाता है।

14. ये ना भूलें कि परीक्षा में निगेटिव मार्किंग भी होती है।

15. CLAT Exam LL.B. के लिए जब दो उम्मीदवारों के समान नंबर होते है, तो आमतौर पर टाई के मापदंड इस प्रकार है- 1. कानूनी योग्यता के खंड में उच्च अंक, 2. उच्च उम्र

16. CLAT Exam LL.M. के लिए जब दो उम्मीदवारों के बराबर अंक होते है, तो टाई के मापदंड इस प्रकार है- 1. लम्बा निबंध प्रकार के वर्णनात्मक प्रश्नों में उच्च अंक, 2. उच्च उम्र, 3. बहुत से कंप्यूटरिकृत ड्रा
