New schedule of AIBE-XV has been decided. Candidates who are aspirants of AIBE-XV, should go through the new schedule. The New Schedule is as follows:

Online registration began from: 16th May, 2020
Bank payment through challan started from: 16th May, 2020
Online registration close Date Extended Upto: 3rd December, 2020
Last date for payment: 10th December, 2020
Last date for completion of online form: 15th December, 2020
Online release of admit cards: 5th January, 2021
Date of Examination: 24th January, 2021

Exam Date | 5th All India Bar Exam 2013 | Rescheduled AIBE-V Exam

Due to lots of request from Candidates and various State Bar Councils, where enrollment is due in the month of June-July 2013, the Bar Council of India has decided to extend the date for ALL India Bar Examination-V, to facilitate newly enrolled candidates to appear for All India Bar Examination.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has rescheduled the All India Bar Examination-V (AIBE-V). The All India Bar Examination-V (AIBE-V) will be held on 25th August 2013.

Syllabus of Subjects for Study

Advocates will be required to answer questions from twenty subjects. The subjects are taken from the syllabi prescribed by the Bar Council of India for the three-year and five-year Ll.B. programmes at law schools in India (as set out under Schedule I to the Bar Council of India Rules).

These subjects are divided into two categories. The Examination paper will comprise at least seven (7) questions from each ‘Category I’ subject. The paper will also have twenty-three (23) questions from the ‘Category II’ subjects as a whole. These twenty-three questions will include questions from at least five (5) Category II subjects.

Category I subjects will be tested in Part I of the question paper, and Category II subjects will be tested in Part II of the question paper.
