- English to Tamil Translation : 10 Marks
- Tamil to English Translation : 10 Marks
Note: To test the Practical knowledge present case laws and problem; questions will be asked compulsorily. (Each Heading One Question Compulsory)
PAPER - II LAW - II
- The Criminal Procedure Code : 60 Marks
- The Evidence Act (Amendment) : 20 Marks
- The Civil Procedure Code : 20 Marks Section 9 : ResSubjudice Section 10 : Stay of Suits Section 11 : Resjudicata Order VII : Plaint (Simple format) Order VIII : Written Statement (Simple format) Sec.148A CAVEAT.
