AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) | NLU Delhi | What is AILET?

What is AILET:

The NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI (NLU, Delhi) established in 2008 by Act No. 1 of 2008 is premier Law University established in the capital city of India. Admission to B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes will be through AILET (All India Law Entrance Test).

Test Centres for AILET:

Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Patna

Programmes Offered:
  1. B.A., LL.B. (Hons.),
  2. LL.M.
  3. Ph.D. Programmes
Eligibility:
  • FIVE-YEAR B.A., LL.B. (Hons.): Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or equivalent Examination with 50% of marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/ April can also apply.
  • LL.M.: LL.B. or an equivalent Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability). The candidates appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/May can also apply.
  • Ph.D.: LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability). For detailed eligibility conditions visit University website.
